1. Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, Bare Elements does not offer wholesale. Every collection is produced in limited quantities to maintain the exclusivity and quality of our brand. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to subscribe to our email list for future updates and releases.
02. What is your return and exchange policy?
At Bare Elements, every collection is released in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.
If your item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, we’re happy to help.
03. What is your store policy?
* Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage cannot be accepted.
* Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
* Once your return is inspected and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
Because our collections are intentionally produced in limited quantities, exchange sizes may not always be available. If your requested size has sold out, you’ll receive store credit to use toward a future release.

Every Bare Elements collection is thoughtfully designed using premium performance fabrics selected specifically for that collection.
Depending on the style, our garments may feature blends of nylon, elastane, polyester, spandex, or other high-quality performance fibers chosen for their softness, stretch, durability, and comfort.

05. How should I care for my Bare Elements pieces?
To help your Bare Elements pieces maintain their softness, shape, and performance:
* Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
* Wash with like colors.
* Turn garments inside out before washing.
* Use mild detergent.
* Do not bleach.
* Do not use fabric softener.
* Lay flat or hang to dry.
* Avoid high heat in the dryer.
* Do not iron directly on logos or printed details.

06. Are your collections restocked?
Every Bare Elements collection is released as a limited edition. Once a color or style sells out, it will not be restocked. Each collection is designed to remain exclusive, making every release uniquely yours.
